Actually there is another technique to eat manga inasal, it has something to do with the rice and the sauce, instead of dipping the chicken, since it's already seasoned. I use the same technique when I'm eating longsilog and stiff! Bit I actually learned this from a friend!

That is not puto bunbong, it is sticky rice cook in coconut milk, wrapped in banana leaf. Puto bunbong is purple in color, purple sticky rice flour.

Yeah, Filipino food doesnt contain too much spices and herbs...but yet very delicious. We have only spices like black pepper, chillies, bell peppers, annatto seeds, onion and garlic, ginger and also herbs like lemon grass, pandan and bay leaves that we use for cooking in any occasions like parties and anniversaries
